The short version: EveriBet is a social bet tracking app for friends. No real money is involved. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Be respectful, don't abuse the platform, and have fun.
By downloading, installing, or using EveriBet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EveriBet, the developer and operator of EveriBet.
You must be at least 17 years of age to use EveriBet. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian before using the app.
EveriBet is not a gambling platform. No real money is wagered, transferred, held, or paid out through the app under any circumstances. All bets are informal social agreements between users and have no monetary value within or outside the platform.
EveriBet does not facilitate, encourage, or enable real-money gambling. Any arrangement between users to exchange real money as a result of a bet is entirely outside of EveriBet, at the users' own discretion and risk, and is not endorsed, supported, or condoned by EveriBet.
EveriBet accepts no liability for any real-money disputes between users arising from bets tracked on EveriBet.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to:

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.
You retain ownership of the content you create in EveriBet (bet descriptions, group names, etc.). By submitting content, you grant EveriBet a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the app.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not monitor all user content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
EveriBet offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock premium features and remove ads. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
Free users of EveriBet will see advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version of the app, you acknowledge and agree to the display of ads. Purchasing a subscription removes all ads.
You will be asked for permission to enable personalized ads via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. This is optional and the app functions regardless of your choice.
EveriBet, its logo, design, and all associated content are the intellectual property of EveriBet. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of EveriBet without our express written permission.
EveriBet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EveriBet shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use EveriBet immediately ceases. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Any dispute arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against EveriBet.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at bmstudioco@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of New York.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app. Continued use of EveriBet after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
