EveriBet is a mobile application developed and operated by EveriBet. We built EveriBet to let friends track casual bets on anything — no real money, no sportsbooks, just bragging rights.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or any data outside of normal app usage.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We apply row-level security to ensure users can only access data they are permitted to see.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
EveriBet offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock premium features. All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store. We never see or store your payment information.
EveriBet is currently ad-free. We plan to introduce optional ads in a future update to support the free version of the app. When ads are enabled, we will update this policy accordingly and notify users in advance.
EveriBet is a social bet tracking app. No real money is wagered, transferred, or processed through the app at any time. All bets are informal agreements between users and carry no monetary value within the platform.
EveriBet is intended for users 17 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will permanently delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
